Ogni mio cinturino viene da me realizzato interamente a mano, il filo viene cerato manualmente come un tempo ed anche i fori per farlo passare nella pelle vengono fatti manualmente, utilizzo semplici utensili che però sono stati molto difficili da trovare in quanto ormai in disuso, di conseguenza ogni cinturino è differente dal precedente e può essere prodotto come il cliente lo desidera, scegliendo il tipo di pellame, la grandezza e il colore del filo e la distanza tra un punto e l'altro della cucitura.
Per i miei cinturini utilizzo esclusivamente pellami Vintage, pelli che hanno almeno una ventina di anni (ricavate da fondine per pistole, cartelle e quello che riesco a trovare e che reputo adatto a produrre un cinturino) e naturalmente gli Ammo.Questi pellami non hanno subito nessun trattamento per essere invecchiati, sono vintage, punto e basta, non hanno subito nessuna modifica di colore o quant'altro, l'unica cosa che faccio è igienizzarli il più possibile, sia sulla parte esterna ma soprattutto su quella interna che è a contatto con la nostra pelle.
Dopo aver scucito il tutto lo lavo diverse volte con acqua e alcool, queste pelli ne hanno viste di tutti i colori e non si restringono né tantomeno cambiano colore se vengono bagnate e come potete immaginare sono una diversa dall'altra, anche se la pelle è del medesimo articolo.
quindi avrete al polso qualcosa di unico e non ripetibile.
I prezzi naturalmente variano a seconda del pellame utilizzato e della lavorazione.

The decision to create this blog was born from my passion for the watch making.
I’ve always been seeking for special and unique straps for my watches, so one day I decided to try making them on my own. I’ve searched the most valuable kind of leather and using old handmade techniques now vanished in the actual mass-production that has taken possession of all the contemporary market.
The handmade process
Each single strap I create is completely handmade.
I wax the thread as in the ancient times, each hole is handcrafted in the leather I have cut on personal size and length. I use very simple instruments but they are very difficult to find out because nowadays are quite completely disappeared. For this reason every single strap I manufacture is different from the other one and can be customized following the wishes of the client: he can choose exactly the kind of leather, the thickness and the colour of the thread and the distance between each hole and the other in the leather seam.
My straps are realized exclusively with vintage leather: leathers that are old at least three decades extrapolated from gun’s holsters, army bags and everything vintage and special I can find and I consider an interesting and appropriated thing to manufacture a strap and the AMMOes of course.
These leathers have not been submitted to any chemical or industrial treatment to make them old, they’re vintage, that’s it; the only thing I do is to make them hygienic as much as possible in the external part but first of all in the inside part that touches our skin.
After having taken of all the seams from the leather I wash it several times with water and alcohol, this materials have passed so many experiences time after time that they don’t shrink or change colour if they are washed and as you can imagine they’re different one from another.
So you will have on your wrist something UNIQUE and unrepeatable.
The price list depends on the leather used and the manufacture.
